Get ready to head back to the pond and dive into the 1920s! Hallmark Channel’s hit family drama series The Way Home will return for its fourth and (unfortunately) final season this April! Hallmark has officially announced Season 4 will premiere on Sunday, April 19 and although Corus has not yet announced a Canadian premiere date, Neshama Entertainment shared on their Instagram post today that Season 4 will also air in Canada at the same time on W Network and StackTV.
According to Hallmark, Season 4 will see new journeys and revelations for the Landry family across generations:
At the beginning of season four, Alice is about to graduate high school, Kat and Elliot dream of the next steps for their relationship while Del realizes she will soon be an empty-nester again. But Del, Kat, Alice and Elliot should know by now that no matter how hard they try to focus on the future, the past is never gone. As more mysteries are unearthed, the Port Haven of the past and the Landry family of generations before might just contain the answers they seek.
Stars Andie MacDowell, Chyler Leigh, Evan Williams, Sadie Laflamme-Snow and Spencer MacPherson all return for this final season, along with familiar faces from the 1970s as Julia Tomasone, Jordan Doww and Devin Cecchetto reprise their roles as younger Del, Colton and Evelyn. New to the cast this season are Bianca Melchior as young Fern Landry, Gabriel Hogan as Grayson Goodwin, and Dan Jeannotte as Port Haven’s new Temperance Inspector Cliff Kane.
