A Canadian Guide for Hallmark Movies
This year’s lineup for It’s a Wonderful Lifetime has been announced! Beginning Saturday, November 29, Lifetime is bringing the holiday cheer with 12 brand new movies premiering in the US on Friday and Saturday nights. So far, two of these movies, A Christmas Cookbook and Rodeo Christmas Romance, are scheduled to premiere in Canada as part of W Network’s Countdown to Christmas. Stay tuned for more Canadian air dates and a complete lineup from Lifetime Canada.
Lifetime has just revealed its holiday slate for this year’s It’s a Wonderful Lifetime which begins November 16th and features 12 brand new movies. One of these movies How to Fall in Love by Christmas already premiered last year as part of W Network’s 2023 holiday programming. No announcement has been made for Lifetime Canada but new movies from Lifetime typically premiere here on Lifetime or other networks so hopefully we will see these same premieres in Canada as well. While there hasn’t been anything official announced about the lineup for Canada’s 2023 It’s a Wonderful Lifetime, it looks like the network will begin airing holiday movies back-to-back on weekends beginning this Saturday and included in the mix are some new premieres. So far, these are the new movies scheduled to air on Lifetime Canada and holiday programming this year does include a thriller from Lifetime Movie Network:

Please note that Laughing All the Way is actually airing a few days earlier on W Network and that W also already premiered another 2023 Lifetime movie Christmas at the Chalet. As well, CTV Life is scheduled to air two other new Lifetime movies The Holiday Proposal Plan and The Christmas Intern in December.
Considering some movies are being aired on W and CTV Life and that three movies on their 2023 slate – Christmas Plus One, Mistletoe Match and Planes, Trains and Christmas Trees – already aired last year in Canada, that only leaves four new movies left to hopefully premiere on Lifetime here in Canada: A Cowboy Christmas Romance, Yes, Chef! Christmas, Merry Magic Christmas and Mom’s Christmas Boyfriend. There’s also a chance another missed movie from a previous year might make it into the lineup and finally air in Canada! Any new movies added to Lifetime’s schedule in the coming weeks will be included here so please check back for updates!
Lifetime has finally released their schedule for It’s a Wonderful Lifetime 2023 which features 12 new movies set to air in the US this holiday season. Three of these movies, however, premiered last year in Canada on Citytv – Mistletoe Match, Christmas Plus One and Planes, Trains and Christmas Trees. Two of the movies in Lifetime’s lineup are also premiering as part of W Network’s Countdown to Christmas and will air in November on W – Christmas at the Chalet and Laughing All the Way. No word yet on what movies we can expect to see on Lifetime Canada but hopefully the remaining movies will also air in Canada this holiday season.
