A Canadian Guide for Hallmark Movies
Get ready to take a trip and fall in love in June with Hallmark Channel’s Passport to Love on W Network! Four new premieres and back-to-back movies all weekend long begin on Saturday, June 7. Based on promos and listings, W Network’s June lineup is whisking viewers away to London, New York, Italy and Peru with these new movies: Eat, Love, London, Zoe’s Having a Baby, Villa Amore and A Machu Picchu Proposal.
Originally listed as a May premiere, Grounded in Love did not air this month and is not scheduled to air in June, but the network’s website notes that it is “coming soon”. Stay tuned for news of when this new movie starring Danica McKellar and Trevor Donovan will premiere. In the meantime, here’s a look at what’s coming up in June on Heart & Home – Sparks Over Brooklyn, Two Chefs and a Wedding Cake, With Love, Your Sweetly Salted and A Country Encore.
Ainsley McGregor Mysteries: A Case for the Yarn Maker made its Canadian debut this past weekend on CTV Life. For those who missed the premiere, the movie is now available to stream on demand from CTV Life and Crave. This second installment of the mystery series starring Candace Cameron Bure, Aaron Ashmore, Robin Dunne and Farrah Aviva finds former criminologist-turned-professor Ainsley McGregor investigating the murder of renowned yarn maker Ellie Mitchum who is found dead at a craft fair.
Along with the last two episodes of Season 2 of When Hope Calls, Super Channel Heart & Home’s lineup for May will also feature the following new movies: Strike of Love, The Movie Star & the Cowboy, Mr. Pawsitively Perfect and A Royal Recipe for Love. A fifth movie – Grounded in Love – was previously included in the schedule for the last Friday of the month, but since the date no longer appears on the network’s website, that final movie is not yet confirmed at this time.
Get ready POstables! The newest Signed, Sealed, Delivered is set to premiere in Canada next weekend on CTV Life. Tune in on Saturday, May 3 at 8/5pm ET/PT to catch Signed, Sealed, Delivered: To the Moon and Back and join Oliver, Shane, Rita and Norman as they go on a road trip to find the recipient of a lost letter. And if you missed Signed, Sealed, Delivered: A Tale of Three Letters which premiered last year in Canada, CTV Life will be airing it just before the premiere of “To the Moon and Back”.
