It’s a wish come true – Hallmark Channel’s The Wish Swap is finally coming to Canada! Starring Emily Tennant and Jake Foy, the movie just premiered in the US earlier this month as part of Hallmark Channel’s Loveuary but was not included in the programming for W Network’s Loveuary lineup here in Canada. However, it is now scheduled to make its Canadian premiere on CTV Life next month, airing on Saturday March 1 at 8/5pm ET/PT.
The movie follows Casey and Henry, two strangers who happen to celebrate their birthdays at the same time, in the same restaurant, and end up being granted each other’s birthday wishes. The Wish Swap also features a few special guest appearances from When Calls the Heart’s Pascale Hutton, Signed, Sealed, Delivered’s Crystal Lowe and The Cases of Mystery Lane’s Matt Hamilton.
